Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take? Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days after shipment. Processing your order takes 1-3 business days, so plan for 6-13 business days total from when you place your order to when it arrives at your door.
Do you ship outside the United States? Not at this time. We ship to US addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or US territories.
Will I get a tracking number? Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you don't see it within 5 business days, check your spam folder first, then email us at homedecorstorecompany@gmail.com.
I ordered multiple items — why are they arriving separately? We work with multiple supplier warehouses, so different items in your order may ship from different locations. It's completely normal to receive separate packages with separate tracking numbers. All your items are on their way.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy? We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at homedecorstorecompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason, and we'll walk you through the process. Please don't ship anything back without contacting us first.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do? We're sorry to hear that. Email us at homedecorstorecompany@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.
I received the wrong item. What now? That's our mistake and we'll make it right. Email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the correct item or issue a full refund — your choice.
How long does a refund take? Once we process your refund, expect it to appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may add additional processing time on their end.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order? Orders are processed quickly, but reach out to us as soon as possible at homedecorstorecompany@gmail.com and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.
I haven't received a confirmation email. What's wrong? Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, email us with the name and email address used at checkout and we'll look it up for you.
Products
Are the product colors accurate? We do our best to display colors accurately, but monitor settings vary. If exact color matching is critical for your project, we recommend ordering a test piece first or checking with us if you have questions about a specific item.
