Track My Order
Step 1: Find your tracking number
When your order ships, we send you an email with a tracking number. Search your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Home Decor Store with the subject line containing "Your order has shipped" or "Shipping confirmation."
Step 2: Use your tracking number
Copy your tracking number from the email and visit the carrier's tracking page to see the latest status on your delivery. Common carriers we use include UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

If you're not sure which carrier shipped your order, your shipping confirmation email will tell you.
Step 3: Allow time for updates
Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to appear after your shipping confirmation email. If the tracking page shows no information yet, check back the next day.
