We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, here is how we handle refunds and returns.
Refund Eligibility
We issue refunds on customer request. To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at homedecorstorecompany@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
Return Process
Because we work with a fulfillment partner (Doba), returns are coordinated through our supplier. Once we receive and approve your refund request, we will provide you with return instructions. Please do not ship any item back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or is missing original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been assembled, installed, or altered
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at homedecorstorecompany@gmail.com. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged/defective product). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we instruct otherwise.
Orders Shipped to USA Only
We currently ship within the United States only. This return policy applies to all domestic orders.
