Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
We ship via our fulfillment partner from warehouses located within the United States. Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
- Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
Please note these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and carrier conditions. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at homedecorstorecompany@gmail.com.
Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouse locations. You may receive separate tracking numbers and separate deliveries on different days — this is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.

Delays and Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
